*Outline dimension : up to 400*500mm
*Tolerance (based on etching depth 0.4mm): 1. outline :±0.05mm, 2. positioning:±0.04mm, 3. etching depth:±0.02mm, 4. slot width :±0.02mm
*Flatness of plate:<0.5mm
*Available on request: plating, PVD, diffusion bonding
